Ultimaeus is a law-making, rules breaking card game where you play as a senator with a secret goal. Argue over legislation, bribe your fellow senators, and pass laws that benefit you, all while doing your best to cheat without being caught.
Figure out other senator’s secret goals and stop them from reaching their win condition, or contract them to your side. Through legislation sessions and night-time sessions, you and your fellow senators will levy favors, spend money, and launder your funds to keep large sums coming your way. With secret rules within the rulebook, you can alter the game in new ways each time.
